The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great, close to a train station which made it convenient for traveling to nearby cities. The breakfast was awesome, especially the cappuccinos which I got addicted to during my week there.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the train station. It was so convenient to hop on a train and explore nearby cities like Bologna and Ferrara. the location made our trips easy and affordable. the room was cozy and quiet, perfect for our family with two small kids. the staff was multilingual and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast and addictive cappuccinos. the restaurant was a great option for dinner, providing a menu that was at the level of a 5-star hotel.
The availability of WiFi in the rooms was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from the Galleria Train station, making it convenient to explore nearby cities like Bologna and Ferrara. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was multilingual and incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was amazing, and I couldn't resist indulging in delicious cappuccinos every morning. the restaurant offered great food with a menu that was surprisingly good. Another advantage was the free and fast Wi-Fi available in the hotel. In terms of location, it was located between two cities, but this could be advantageous for those looking to explore both cities.
Some rooms were noisy, especially those located above the kitchen and restaurant, and the sound of other guests in adjacent rooms could be heard. the inconsistent availability of staff at the front desk and restaurant could be improved to make guest services more reliable.
